The 45th Ryder Cup, golf’s pre-eminent event, is coming to Bethpage Black, September 23-28, 2025. Read up on all that you need to know to make the most of your experience, and be sure to download the Ryder Cup On-Site Guide before heading to the course!

The Official Ryder Cup App

The Ryder Cup App, for iOS and Android, is the official digital home of the 2025 Ryder Cup at Bethpage Black. The app will provide a comprehensive experience for all fans, whether they are at Bethpage, participating in Ryder Cup Live, or following the action around the world. In addition, fans can access and manage their Ryder Cup tickets from the app.

App features include:

  • Ability to access and manage Ryder Cup tickets
  • Live streaming of featured matches, pre-match coverage each day, player and captain press conferences, and more
  • Interactive onsite map, featuring navigation around Bethpage Black and real-time player location
  • Real-time scoring, statistics, and tee times, featuring shot-by-shot details for every player in the field

PHOTO & AUTOGRAPH POLICY

Cameras are only allowed on-site during Practice Rounds, Tuesday through Thursday, and are not permitted on-site during Competition Rounds, Friday through Sunday. Please consult the Mobile Device Policy for guidelines regarding mobile device photo, audio, and video capturing while on-site.

We recommended limiting autograph requests to areas around the practice range and putting green during Practice Rounds only, Tuesday – Thursday.

MOBILE DEVICE POLICY

Mobile devices must be kept in Silent Mode Setting at all times at the Ryder Cup:

  • Set your device to silent or vibrate, including but not limited to, ringer, notifications, and alerts.
  • Camera flash turned off.
  • Incoming and outgoing calls may only be made or received farther than 100 yards away from competition.
  • Text, email, social posting, and other data use is allowed on the golf course at any location providing players are not in position and about to play their shots.
  • Mobile device photography, as well as audio and video capturing, is allowed in all areas during Practice Rounds (Tuesday-Thursday).
  • During Competition Rounds (Friday-Sunday), photography, audio, and video recording is prohibited anywhere within 100 yards of competition or when requested by players, caddies, marshalls, volunteers, security, or Ryder Cup staff and officials.

ALCOHOL POLICY

All guests at the Ryder Cup are asked to drink responsibly and be respectful of players and other members of the gallery. Spectators appearing under the age of 30 will be asked for identification before being allowed to purchase alcoholic beverages on-site.

The following documents are acceptable forms of identification at the 2025 Ryder Cup:

  • Current, valid United States or Canadian Driver’s License
  • Current, valid Military ID w/photo
  • Current, valid United States or Canadian ID card w/photo
  • Current, valid Passport
  • Current, valid Mexican Consular ID card
  • Current, valid U.S. or Canadian Passport Card w/photo

Temporary identification papers are not acceptable. There is a 2 alcoholic beverage limit, per person, per identification. Alcohol service will be discontinued at the discretion of management. You must be 21 years of age to purchase an alcoholic beverage.

SMOKING POLICY

Smoking, to include, but not limited to, cigars, pipes, cigarettes, and e-cigarettes will be prohibited in any permanent or temporary buildings, inclusive of hospitality areas, on patios, decks or raised platforms and grandstands at the Ryder Cup. Smoking is permitted on the grounds, 20 feet from any structures listed above.

Items to Bring from Home

Here are a few items we recommend you bring from home to enhance your

Ryder Cup experience:

  • Portable, canvas chair with a carry bag
  • Jacket and/or layered outerwear piece
  • Comfortable walking shoes
  • Portable phone charger
  • Personal sunscreen
  • Nursing mothers may bring necessary equipment on-site. Storage and refrigeration are available at the Medical Stations at Hole 1 fairway and Hole 10 tee.

The following items are also permitted on-site:

  • Small bags (10x10x10)
  • Diaper bags and strollers
  • Umbrellas
  • Cameras (Tuesday -Thursday, September 23 – 25 ONLY)

Entering the Ryder Cup Grounds at Bethpage Black

All spectators must enter the grounds through the scan gate corresponding with their ticket type.

  • Beginning Opening Day, September 23, all Ryder Cup+ Ticket holders arriving through the Main Spectator Entrance are required to enter the grounds through designated lanes. Upon entry, your mobile ticket will be scanned, allowing you to enjoy the Ryder Cup+ program and pick up entree, snack, and non-alcoholic beverage items at all on-course concession venues.
  • All PGA Members and Ryder Cup Hospitality Ticket holders arriving through the Main Spectator Entrance are required to enter the grounds through designated lanes. Upon arriving at the designated venue, your mobile ticket will be scanned. Wristbands for PGA Member Club and all other Ryder Cup Hospitality Venues will be provided to the corresponding ticket holders upon entry to their respective venues.
  • All Ryder Cup Volunteers and other credential holders are required to enter the grounds through designated lanes at the Main Spectator Entrance.

Inclement Weather

Please observe the Leaderboards and Video Boards for the WEATHER WARNING signs, which will appear when inclement weather is approaching the Ryder Cup site. When the signs appear, spectators are advised to take precautions and seek shelter PRIOR to play being suspended. The sign does not mean that play is suspended. If the dangerous weather does appear to be arriving in the area, then play will be suspended by the sounding of an air horn or similar alert and the posting of the PLAY SUSPENDED SEEK SHELTER IMMEDIATELY signs. If the sirens sound to suspend play, seek shelter immediately.

In the event of inclement weather, please remember to avoid the following:

  • Metal Fences
  • Grandstands
  • Telephone Poles
  • Open Fields
  • Golf Carts
  • Hilltops and High Places
  • Bodies of Water
  • Tall and/or Isolated Tree

Admissions Office & Will Call

There will be no will call drop-off service available at Ryder Cup. Please arrange to distribute tickets and related items prior to arriving at Bethpage Black, as they will not be stored for collection by other individuals on-site. The Admissions office, located at the Main Spectator Entrance, will distribute complimentary junior daily grounds admission tickets, Tuesday, September 23 – Thursday, September 25, 2025.

Grandstands

Several grandstands are located throughout the grounds at Bethpage Black. All public grandstand seating is first-come, first-served. Consult the course map or the Ryder Cup App to find the closest Grandstand.

Northwell Health Medical Stations

First-Aid stations are staffed by medical professionals from Northwell Health. Locations of the medical stations can be found below. A dedicated Women’s Health Station for nursing mothers will be available at all Medical Stations. Storage and refrigeration are available. Nursing mothers are permitted to bring necessary equipment to the Championship.

Complimentary Wi-Fi

Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the Ryder Cup grounds. Keep an eye out for Wi-Fi signs during your visit and make sure to download the Ryder Cup App!

Portable Phone Charging

T-Mobile for Business understands the importance of keeping fans charged up and connected at the course. Complimentary, portable phone chargers will be available to all spectators on-site.
