About Our Founder
Ross Doucette, the founder and President of R3M Sports Group, brings over ten years of proven success in the sports event hospitality industry.
He is a leader who is passionate about exceeding expectations by curating impactful experiences through impeccable personal service.
His approach reverts the transactional experience, back to a traditional value-based business model, where relationships and accessibility are the difference.
Doucette is a Wisconsin native and cherishes his time in the Northwoods at the cabin with his wife Katie, and two sons, PJ and Wesley. A sports enthusiast at heart, he’s loyal to Marquette University basketball and the Green Bay Packers. He enjoys hunting, is an avid barefoot water skier, and aspiring golfer.
My passion and happiness has derived from planning and creating great experiences since I was very young, for my family and friends in the Midwest, with Midwest values – the company I founded, R3M, is an extension of that passion. I know how rare and essential a personal touch is in this business. I certainly think that’s what sets us apart.
