Day 1

4:00 PM: Check In

6:00 PM – 8:30 PM: Blackwolf Run Welcome Reception & Dinner

Quick Overview: Upon arrival, guests will check in at The American Club and leave their golf clubs with the front desk. A valid credit card is required for room charges or incidental expenses. When ready, they may enjoy a leisurely ride on the complimentary shuttle to Blackwolf Run. The evening begins on the outdoor Treaty Patio with a selection of gourmet appetizers, a deluxe open bar, and a thoughtfully curated dinner. Complimentary shuttle service will be available throughout the night for a seamless return to the hotel.

Day 2

6:30 AM: R3M Dedicated Early Shuttle to Whistling Straits

6:30 AM-8:30 AM: Breakfast in the Champions Locker Room

7:00 AM: Round-trip Resort Transportation to Whistling Straits

7:30 AM – 10:30 AM: – Tee Time(s) on the Straits Course

6:00 PM: Reception in The Wisconsin Room at The American Club

6:30 PM-9:00 PM: 5-Course Celebrity Wine Dinner

Quick Overview: Guests will enjoy a complimentary shuttle to Whistling Straits, with breakfast served in the Champions Locker Room before teeing off. After golf, shuttles will return guests to The American Club. At 6:00 pm, the Wisconsin Room invites guests to pre-dinner drinks and hors d’oeuvres, followed by a five-course celebrity wine dinner.

Day 3

6:30 AM: Resort Transportation to Blackwolf Run

6:30 AM-11:00 AM: Breakfast Voucher to the Wisconsin Room

7:30 AM – 11:30 AM: Tee Time(s) on Meadows / River

Noon: Check Out

Quick Overview: In the morning, enjoy breakfast in the Wisconsin Room, check out of The American Club, and store your luggage with the concierge. A complimentary round-trip shuttle service is provided to Blackwolf Run. After golf, return to The American Club to retrieve your luggage and depart.

Kohler Resort Shuttle Service

We offer resort shuttle service for our guests to any of our locations within the Village of Kohler. Shuttles within the village run on demand, next available, to all Kohler outlets. If specified times are requested for shuttle service or special transportation services are required, please notify us prior to your arrival (additional fees may apply).

For transportation to Whistling Straits
We offer shuttle service which departs from the Village of Kohler at the top of the hour from 6am–10pm, travel time is around 20-25 minutes one-way (10 miles). If specified times outside of the above schedule are requested or group transportation services are required, please notify us prior to your arrival.
