Folding, Armless Chairs

Chairs or stools must be collapsible and not have arms. Rigid chairs and chairs with arms and pointed edges are not allowed.

Binoculars Some patrons prefer to bring binoculars to get an unrivaled view of the Tournament action from observation stands or seating areas.
Fitness Trackers & Smart Watches

The use of such devices for phone calls, emails, text message and other photo, video or data recording and/or transmission is prohibited.

Mobility Vehicles

Those using wheelchairs or similar transport should use the hard surfaced roads and flat observation areas.

Attire

The most important tip for Masters patron attire is to dress appropriately for the weather and consider wearing light layers, as temperatures in April range from highs of 80°F to lows of 50°F. Plan to wear comfortable, water-resistant shoes without spikes or pointed heels. Golf shoes with metal spikes are not permitted.

Etiquette

The Masters Tournament is an international competition, and the contestants are invited guests. Everyone should be treated with courtesy and respect.

Everyone is requested to display traditional customs of etiquette, proper attire, decorum and behavior, and to obey all Tournament policies, signs and verbal instructions from Tournament officials. Although cheering and positive patron responses to great play are encouraged, unsolicited or consistent calls from the gallery are prohibited. Protests of all types are forbidden.

For the safety of everyone, and in keeping with policy established at major sporting events, running is considered to be unacceptable behavior. In fairness to spectator access and viewing, a patron is allowed to bring only one chair onto the grounds. Personal chairs are not to be unattended for any inordinate length of time.

For security purposes, all Ticket Purchasers and Holders consent to the reasonable inspection of his/her person and property, including electronic scanning, before entering and/or during the Tournament. Refusal of such an inspection or possession of prohibited items will result in exclusion/removal.
