Founder and President
I founded R3M in 2020 after more than a decade in the sports and
hospitality industry, building and leading sales teams while learning the business from the ground up.
That experience shaped my disciplined approach to preparation,
accountability, and understanding the people each experience is designed to serve.
I remain directly involved in every R3M experience, from the first
conversation through execution on site. That structure allows me to know our clients, understand what matters to them, and make decisions without layers of communication.
The result is a more consistent experience, with clear communication and continuity from beginning to end.
